Misfuelling Cover helps if you or an Additional Driver accidentally put the wrong fuel into the rental vehicle.
Wrong fuel | Covers the cost of draining the incorrect fuel and flushing the engine. | Up to £500 per claim, or the amount shown on your Certificate if lower. |
Towing | Covers towing the rental vehicle to a garage if it cannot be driven due to misfuelling. | Included within the £500 limit. |
Taxi costs | Covers taxi costs to help you continue your journey following a misfuelling incident. | Up to £50 per claim, included within the £500 total limit. |
Misfuelling Cover only applies to incidents involving the incorrect fuel being put into the rental vehicle.
